Lisa Rowe joined Slate and the REIT as Senior Vice President, Finance and Taxation in 2013. Lisa has primary responsibility for all aspects of tax, structuring, and reporting for the REIT. She also provides advice on corporate structure and financing for both new acquisitions and existing investments for the REIT.

Prior to 2013, Lisa was a Senior Tax Manager for 12 years at Deloitte LLP. The focus of her professional practice was on real estate transactions, asset management and mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies.

She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant.
